Board & advisory

Stewardship is active, thoughtful work.

Governance should sharpen strategic judgement, make accountability clearer and help an organisation see the decisions that matter before they become urgent.

Yasser brings a board perspective shaped by first-hand operating accountability. His approach is grounded in stewardship: protecting long-term purpose while examining strategy, risk, capability and performance with clarity.

Selected board and public service

Saudi Red Crescent Authority — Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee. He previously served at the Saudi Contractors Authority as Board Member, Vice Chairman and Chair of the Executive Committee, and as a Board Member of the Saudi-Australian Business Council.

International subsidiary governance

During his tenure as President & CEO of AlAyuni Investment & Contracting Company, Yasser served on the boards of group subsidiaries including Sadelmi Power, Siraga, Kosan-Crisplant and Dar AlTadeen. The role brought a board-level perspective to acquisition, integration and operating oversight across Saudi, Italian, French and Danish businesses.

Dar AlTadeen later became Saudi Marmo. Sadelmi Power, Siraga and Kosan-Crisplant later came together as Makeen Energy, headquartered in Denmark. This experience sharpened a practical view of cross-border governance: preserving accountability and local expertise while creating the clarity needed to operate as one group.
